Payments and Refunds

Subscriptions and subscription renewals may be completed using a credit card or purchase order (PO) as an accepted method of payment. A $30 manual activation fee applies to purchase order transactions. The fees applicable for the service are published within the site and exclude all taxes and charges unless otherwise stated. The subscriber is responsible for any taxes, data charges and internet access fees.

PRC reserves the right to change pricing at any time. You must be authorized to use the selected payment method and to authorize us to charge you for the service selected under the terms stated. Contact information in your account must be kept current. Subscription renewals are for a 1-year term. You may cancel your account by not renewing it at the end of the term. Subscription fees are not refundable.
