Realize Language™ (RL) is a server-based file storage system (hereinafter “The Service”) that provides a space for Account Holders to store and review client-generated text data created on a client’s speech generating device or software (hereinafter “Content”). Account Holders can perform analyses of this data to show word types, frequencies, and distribution over time.
By registering to become an Account Holder, you accept the Terms and Conditions, certify that you have read them, and that you are at least 18 years old. No one under 18 years old is eligible to register to become an RL Account Holder. You must complete the registration form with true, accurate and current data, and select a password to become an Account Holder. Becoming a registered RL Account Holder means that you will be able to collect and log data from your client’s speech generating devices and software.
By using RL, anyone who creates an account accepts full responsibility and liability for all information provided by the User from any source. The Account Holder agrees that he/she will diligently manage any and all information provided. The Account Holder will not provide his/her username and password or share information provided on this site with any unauthorized party, and assumes all risk and liability for doing so. The Account Holder agrees to indemnify and hold PRC harmless for any claims made against PRC by any person or entity caused by or connected to Account Holder misuse of his/her password, information, or account.
PRC requires only basic information to set up an account: first and last name, email address, home or work address, and phone number.
You must maintain and promptly update your registration data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or PRC has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, PRC has the right to suspend or terminate your account, prevent your access to any or all portion of the Service and or Content (or other users' access to your Content) and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service (or any portion thereof) or Content.
Account Holders may upload data manually or by direct connection using the internet. The client-generated data must be uploaded from the speech device to the named Account Holder’s RL account. Data can be viewed by the Account Holder in a number of graphical formats on a web-page that is accessible to the named Account Holder using that Account Holder’s unique email and password combination. The results of the analysis can help the Account Holder to see the frequency and types of vocabulary a client uses, and such information can be used to inform future language intervention strategies.
Yes, the data you collect for each client is private and cannot be accessed by anyone else without your express permission, which you can grant to other specified Account Holders by sharing access permission through your RL account via a sharing agreement. Each RL Account Holder has a unique email address and password and uses a Secure SSL (encrypted) connection to access the portal and view data.
PRC does not have access to any of your client data unless you specifically share it with PRC for purposes of a support request. PRC does not share any data to which you give it access. PRC does not collect any personal health information from account holders nor their clients. PRC assumes no responsibility for any data uploaded by account holders. PRC has the right (but not an obligation) to remove Content from the Service that PRC determines, in its discretion, may create liability or damages to PRC. All information, data, text, messages, tags, or other materials (“Content”), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such Content originated. PRC does not control the Content posted by you or other third parties via the Service and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content. If your trial account lapses, you will lose all of your data and PRC cannot recover it for you.
